Dru Rosales, MS, RD, LD

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 13 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings. I am also a full-time working mom with a daughter who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in November 2023. I completely understand how long and stressful the process leading to a diagnosis can be, and how it can turn family routines upside down! If your family is anything like ours, weeknights (and weekends!) are already super hectic and it’s a struggle to get a quick and healthy meal on the table that everyone will eat. Add learning about a gluten-free diet in there and cue the overwhelm!

My passion has always been taking nutrition knowledge and breaking it down into realistic action plans for busy families – now I can bring my own experience with going gluten-free to provide you with the blueprint for your family. With a background in eating disorders, weight management, and sports nutrition, I am also sensitive to the fact that raising confident eaters begins around the family dinner table. I hope that I can share my tips and tricks with you so you can feel empowered to cook more gluten-free family meals, involve your children in the kitchen, and know that you are doing your best to fuel them with nutritious foods and develop a healthy relationship with food.

I am so happy that you chose to stop by, and hope that you can take something useful and meaningful from this page.
